Our CKH (Capturing Kids’ Hearts) word of the month is Teamwork! Students have been learning and working on Teamwork activities all throughout the month of November.  Some of the many activities included making a school family tree that involved each student using paint to put their fingerprints on the tree. Once it was completed, we had over 1000 fingerprints that formed the hundreds of “leaves” all over the tree.

Another challenging teamwork activity involved students working together to build a cup tower without touching the cups .

Students also participated in a teamwork outreach project that involved making Christmas cards for the children at St. Jude Hospital. The Christmas cards will be delivered to St. Jude Hospital in December.  We are so honored that our students at ACES could be a part of this outreach project!
