PRESIDENTIAL DECLARATION OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION BY GOVERNOR

CONTINUATION OF JOB DUTIES/SERVICES DURING SCHOOL CLOSURE

MARCH 23 - April 17 (And Beyond if Necessary)

  • Superintendent, Principals, Assistant Principals, Directors will be available during regular work hours in person, by phone, email as needed. (Schools will need to be open each day from 8:00 -12:00 to answer phones. No face to face visitors will be allowed into schools. Schedules can be worked out among principals and assistant principals to cover offices along with their clerical staff during these hours. Administrators will be on call when not at schools.)

  • Central Office will be open each day from 8 - 4:00 to answer phones. (No face to face visitors will be allowed at C.O.)

  • All who are working remotely will be available via phone and email during their regular work hours.

  • All who are working remotely will document all work related assignments and time daily and be prepared to produce those documents to the business office if requested.
