At Alcorn School District, we are incorporating a new Social- Emotional Learning program called Capturing Kids' Hearts.
We wanted to do a #CKHSpotlight for some wonderful classes at Biggersville Elementary School who have been doing a great job exploring Capturing Kids' Hearts.
The first picture we have is from Mrs. Lindsey's PreK class. They read "Our Class is a Family" and then worked together to create a picture representation of their social contract. The students used their fingerprints to sign instead of a signature.
The second picture is Mrs. Nguyen's 6th grade class who's classroom door is made up of students' handprints and the words written inside of the word 'solutions' are all traits from their social contract!
Great job on fully incorporating Capturing Kids' Hearts and caring about your student's social and emotional health!
