Alan is the son of Doug and Cathy Essary. He enjoys hanging out at Sonic Drive-In and riding around with his friends. After graduation, Alan plans to attend Northeast Mississippi Community College to major in business. Then he plans to transfer to the University of Mississippi, where he will finish his degree in Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurship. After college, Alan plans to start and run his own business.

$3600 HOSA Scholarship for placing at State
Alan's thoughts at this time:
"COVID-19 has definitely put a damper on senior year. Things have been cancelled, postponed, etc. Although it is sad, it is a mark in history. The class of 2020 will forever remember the impact of this virus. I have never been a fan of school; I have always struggled. Although the break has been nice, for once I can say I missed school and wanted to go back! I am so very thankful to have made the memories I did this year with my classmates and closest friends! Thank you, KHS!"
