🎶 Kossuth High School Jazz Band Students Attend Naturalization Ceremony at Shiloh
The students of the Kossuth High School Jazz Band had the honor of participating in a truly memorable experience Saturday at Shiloh National Military Park as the park welcomed 38 new American citizens from 21 different countries.
The naturalization ceremony, held as part of the kickoff to National Park Week, took place on the historic grounds of Shiloh. During the ceremony, the 38 individuals took the Oath of Allegiance and officially became citizens of the United States.
🎺 Music for a Memorable Occasion
The Kossuth High School Jazz Band was proud to be part of this special occasion, providing music as the newest Americans began a new chapter in their lives.
Kossuth High School student Natalie Harvell also had the honor of singing the National Anthem during the ceremony.
It was an amazing experience for our students, and I’m incredibly proud of them for coming and being part of such a special ceremony. To witness these individuals become American citizens on the historic grounds of Shiloh was something our students will remember for a lifetime.
