Several members of the KMS Singers proudly performed during the ASD Veterans Day Program yesterday to honor and celebrate our nation’s heroes. Their heartfelt performance was a touching tribute to the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Our 5th graders in Miss Alea Feathers' class had a boatload of fun exploring density this week! As part of their Properties of Matter unit, students designed and built aluminum foil boats, then tested how much weight each could hold before sinking — using pennies to measure the load. Through this hands-on investigation, they discovered how an object’s mass, volume, and shape all affect its ability to float.

Homecoming Gameday!!!
Students in 8th grade Stem took trash and turned into art as part of a unit on pollution, conservation, and recycling.
Last week, our 8th graders had the opportunity to attend the Career Expo at the Arena! Students explored a wide variety of career paths, learned about different industries, and got hands-on experiences that helped spark ideas for their future. 💡👩🔧👨⚕️👩💻

Congratulations to our KMS Football and KMS Volleyball team on their wins last night! KMS Football defeated Iuka and KMS Volleyball defeated Hickory Flat. 🏈🏐
