Mrs. Davis’s science class recently made a chromosome model. The student’s identified certain traits and used a colored bead to represent the gene for this trait. The beads were placed on the chromosome to represent the genes.

Ms. Johnson's 8th grade class dressed up like numbers.
Riley Kate was the winner!!!!

August and September are Empathy focused months at ACMS where we promote the well being of all students and staff by treating others with heart and circumstances in mind. ❤️ This is just another way Capturing Kids’ Hearts is making a difference in our school environment.

Twinkies from sixth grade! 💜 Displaying empathy by literally wearing the same shoes and attire.
