During their annual Pack the Red Pickup Challenge, the Alcorn Career and Technology Center collected and donated 1500 cans to the local AMEN Food Pantry. Each of the 12 programs set a goal to collect at least 100 cans for the pantry. Most programs met and exceeded the goal. The program that collected the largest amount of food was Mrs. Nan Nethery's Teacher Academy class. They were awarded with the Community Service Project Trophy for 2018.
