
KMS Message: Middle school volleyball team tryouts for upcoming 7th and 8th grade students will be 4/21 to 4/22, 4-6 pm daily, 4/23 3-5pm. All athletes trying out must attend all three days to be eligible to make the team. Please bring a water bottle, Athletic shoes, knee pads, shorts and T-shirt. Arrive early to register and be ready to start promptly at 4pm. This is a closed tryouts.

KMS Message: Students received forms and information concerning our summer school program during the month of June. It will be Monday-Thursday from 7:30-11:30. Times are subject to change. The math Case benchmark assessment that is scheduled for Wednesday has been rescheduled for Friday. Students will take part 1 and part 2 of their math test on Friday.

KMS Message: The KMS basketball games scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed. We are working to reschedule them for a later date.

CASE testing will continue on Thursday and Friday, with the ELA test being on Thursday and the Math test on Friday. Students need to ensure that their iPad is fully charged so that they are able to complete these assessments without disruption. Students should use their time wisely and give their best effort on these assessments, so that their teachers have valid, reliable data to work with. Thank you for you assistance with this matter. KMS Message: The KMS vs ACMS basketball games scheduled for tonight will be played in the KHS gym. Attendees will not be required to have a voucher in order to purchase a ticket. However, due to executive order the max occupancy is 384. All are required to wear a mask for entry into the gym. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Go Aggies!!

KMS Message: Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases, Alcorn Central and Biggersville will switch to distance learning until Thanksgiving. At this time this does not impact classes on the Kossuth Campus. Our students will continue to report to class. We will continue to implement good cleaning practices, require our students and staff to wear masks at all times, check every students temperature, and stress good hand hygiene.
Due to Alcorn Central moving to distance learning we will be unable to play the KMS vs ACMS basketball games scheduled for tomorrow night. We are still planning to play the games scheduled for next week. However, any future positive cases within a sports team may require that team to be quarantined.
