ACHS FFA members attended advocacy workshops & Legislative Luncheon today.
Members heard from MS Farm Bureau Federation President Mike McCormick, Farm Bureau Federation Ambassador Shelby Hall, Lt Governor Delbert Hosemann, & Commisioner of Agriculture Andy Gipson.
Students then traveled to the State Capital to tour and meet with State Representatives Bubba Carpenter & Nick Bain. Students also had the opportunity to speak with Senator Rita Potts Parks. Students also enjoyed seeing some animals from the MS Aquarium at the Capital.
