On April 11, 2025 Joey Brown and Seth Carman traveled along with Coach Ray Jacobs to the All-Star Archery Event in Jackson, Ms. Both young men did an amazing job representing Alcorn Central High School. The school was notified today that a BIG congrats goes to Joey Brown for Finishing 3rd in the State at the MS All Star Shoot.

Crown Club brings together young women from local schools to collaborate on service projects, build leadership skills and earn valuable service hours. If interested please scan QR Code on flyer.
The crown club would love your help spreading the word to current 8th, 9th, and 10th grade girls at Central about an exciting opportunity with Crown Club, a community service organization sponsored by the Junior Auxiliary of Corinth.
Crown Club brings together young women from local schools to collaborate on service projects, build leadership skills, and earn valuable service hours. We’re hoping to grow the number of Central girl's involved even more for the upcoming year!
If you know any students who may be interested, please encourage them to apply. This is a great way for them to give back to the community, meet new friends, and grow in confidence and character.

Reminder: ACT Testing Tomorrow
Dear Parents and Students,
This is a reminder that all sophomores and select seniors will be taking the ACT tomorrow. Please make sure students are prepared by doing the following:
• Bring a fully charged MacBook
• Get plenty of sleep tonight
• Eat a good breakfast in the morning
• Arrive on campus before the first bell at 7:45 AM
Being on time and prepared is essential for a smooth testing day. Thank you for your support! #weareAC
Alcorn Central will be dismissing buses 10 minutes early today. Elementary students will load at 2:50 and middle & high school students will load at 2:55. Please be aware of this change as we look to maintain the safety of our students. #weareAC

Attention Seniors:
The ACT WorkKeys test will be administered on Monday at 8:00 AM for those who have signed up.
If you are signed up for the test and have votech or an off-campus class during first block, you must report to ACHS for testing.
Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Please arrive on time and be prepared with your MacBook and charger.
The Fields of Faith event scheduled for tonight has been moved to Corinth High School gymnasium. The event is open to all students and remains at 6:30pm.
