During homecoming week we had a little contest to see who could get the most money donated to the cheerleaders to Pie a Teacher. The unlucky winners were Mr John Mask and Mr Adam Stanfield. Thanks Guys for being such great sports!
Please Join Mrs Anna Hardin and her court tonight at the 2024 Homecoming festivities. Court will be presented at 6:30 and Football game vs East Union will start at 7p. Cost to enter is $7.
Parents and students, today is ACHS Color Wars. All high school students will be competing in competitions in the gymnasium today. We encourage students to wear their class color and have fun today. Please be aware of the following reminders:
- No student should bring paint or glitter of any kind on campus. Face painting on campus is only allowed in the art room at a $1 fee.
- DoorDashing or mobile ordering of any kind is prohibited. Concessions will be available, and the cafeteria will serve food as normal.
- Student checkouts will follow normal policy. All checkouts must be done legally through the front office.
- Attendance will be taken first block as normal.
- Vocational courses at ACTC will be in class today and students are able to attend if they choose. Shuttle busses will still run on normal schedule.
- Athletic wear is encouraged today but school dress code still applies.

Dear ACHS Community,
We are thrilled to share an exciting artistic endeavor taking place this week in our art studio! Our talented art students are hard at work creating stunning cardboard sculptures inspired by the innovative works of renowned artist Ann Weber. Known for her ability to transform simple materials into extraordinary art, Weber's unique approach serves as the perfect inspiration for our students.
In the photos below, you can see our students immersed in the creative process, experimenting with form and structure as they bring their visions to life using cardboard. This hands-on project not only fosters creativity but also encourages teamwork and problem-solving skills among our aspiring artists.
We invite you to take a look at their work in progress and celebrate the incredible talent and dedication of our students. The final sculptures will be displayed for the community to enjoy, showcasing the hard work and imagination that went into each piece.
