The ACHS Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy hosted an Easter egg hunt yesterday for the self-contained special needs classes as a way to share the joy of Easter on campus. There was a special visit from the Easter Bunny & CFA cow as well.
We are proud of these leaders and their service!


The Alcorn Central Golden Voices traveled to Oxford for State Performance Assessment today.
The Sextet pictured in the front row received GOOD markings on stage. The Choir earned EXCELLENT ratings and SUPERIOR in the sight-reading room.

Dance Tryouts


During Spring Break our Bears Baseball Team competed in the Battle on the Beach on the gulf coast. Our boys played hard and learned various lessons as well as gained some team building skills. Over all everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves.

Congratulations to Coach Warren and The Girls Powerlifting Team who are your 3A North Half Runner ups! 1st Place was Azul Morales, 2nd Place was Kayleigh Thompson and Eva Wallace and Our Middle Schooler Lexie Dixon. Azul Morales broke the 3A North records in Dead Lift, Bench and Squats in her Class. Eva Wallace also broke the Bench Press Record for her class. Congrats Ladies!


ACHS Juniors will have the opportunity to take part in an ACT Boot Camp on Tuesday, February 20. The boot camp will be on Central's campus from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00. Be on time on Tuesday and take part in this wonderful opportunity to improve your ACT score.

We look forward to a long weekend. No school Monday 2/19. We can't wait to see everyone's smiling faces on Tuesday 2/20.


Today, our Kindness Week Goosechase ended up in a dead tie! The tiebreaker will be given to the team with the best attendance tomorrow! We are excited to give the trophy away to the winners of our first annual Kindness Goosechase!

Our Top finishers are 1st places: Riley Dunn, Stephen Rickman, Bryce Streetman and Michael Wells. 2nd Place Finishers are Austin Johnson and our 3rd Place Finishers are Luke Williams, Harvern Davis and Chandler South
